Jessica Niles

Hello!  My name is Jessica Niles, and I am an LPCC and Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate from Colorado Christian University.  My first career was helping athletes perform to the best of their abilities. Through those experiences, I learned that the greatest obstacles in life are often mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational. With a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, I’m a big believer in the power of the mind to affect the body and vice versa.  I love working with people from diverse cultures and I am working toward becoming fluent in Spanish.

My counseling approach is trauma-informed and rooted in relationship. It is my goal to truly see, honor and understand my clients. I love working with people from different walks of life and I am particularly passionate about working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, neglect, and wounded attachments with parents.

I am EMDR trained and utilize CBT, Ego State Therapy, IFS, art-based interventions, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. For clients who request it, I’m happy to integrate faith into the healing process.

In my free time, I love to be outside, whether mountain biking, backpacking or just sitting in a hammock reading a great book.
