Hi! My name is Davis Peck. I am a master’s level intern at Colorado Christian University where I am working towards my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. There have been several times in my life when I needed a listening ear to help me process what was burdening me and feel appreciated for who I truly am. I hope to provide you with the same kind of compassion and support as I walk alongside you. I believe that everyone’s story is sacred, special, and worthy of being told.

I take a person-centered Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach to therapy which aims to help you connect with the healing power within while cultivating compassion toward every part of yourself. I believe that self-compassion can bring insight, healing, and growth, and my aim is to help you experience that freedom. With younger clients I use a Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) approach to process challenging emotions and find balance.

In my spare time I like to read and write as well as get outside to mountain bike, climb, and take landscape photography.
